You can choose from pre-designed cards or you can design your own. The pre-designed cards are composed of essential supplements and arranged according to the (health) goal to be achieved. The card is a convenient addition to your daily diet and exercise, helping you achieve your health goals. With the VITBLISS card, you don't have to worry about wasting vitamins by going past their expiration date. Our packages are designed to fit through the mailbox. So you don't have to stay at home. VITBLISS vitamins and minerals are suitable for persons 18 years and older.

How does VITBLISS ship my card?
For shipments taking place in the Netherlands, we use the letterbox packing option offered by PostNL. This means that the package fits in most mailboxes and is delivered by the letter carrier with the regular mail. You will receive a Track and Trace code by e-mail when we have sent your package. So you know exactly when your package arrives. Due to the nature of the shipment - sent by regular mail - we cannot offer the option to send your package to a pickup point or accept additional delivery instructions. If your package does not fit through the mailbox, the mailman will usually ring the doorbell, leave a bill or deliver your package to a neighbor.

Orders are delivered as soon as possible after payment. We strive to deliver to corresponding delivery address within 3 business days after payment of the order. Our primary delivery partner is PostNL. Your package will be sent together with the regular mail. The delivery days are: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. This means that no mail is delivered on Mondays and Sundays. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be delivered on Tuesday. The delivery date of our subscription service can be found in your VITBLISS account atwww.vitbliss.com. There you can see exactly when you will receive your next shipment. When your package is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. Please note: Due to busy times on both our webshop and our delivery partners, it may take longer for your order to arrive.

To check when your next Vitamin card will arrive and when you will be charged, simply log in to your account and navigate to the "Subscription" section. Here, you'll find details of your active subscription(s), including the expected delivery date of your next pack and the date of the next debit. With our subscription service, the monthly amount is automatically debited every 4 weeks via your chosen payment method, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.

If you encounter such a problem, please check that you have entered the correct address for your order. If the address is correct, please wait a day. Delivery often takes place the next day. Also check your mailbox if the letter carrier did not leave a message. If the package has not been delivered the next day, please contact us. Our customer service will try to find a suitable solution to the problem.
